HeedForge ("the Service") is a personal and corporate knowledge-base platform operated by HES LLC ("we", "us"). It captures content you provide or connect (email, SMS, notes, calendars), organizes it into a markdown knowledge base, and exposes it to AI clients you authorize via MCP connectors.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and maintain two-factor authentication (required on all accounts). You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to corporate brains.
You own the content in your brain. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the Service: storing, indexing, processing with AI providers you have configured or that power your plan, and transmitting to AI clients you connect. We do not sell your content or use it to train models.
No unlawful content or activity, no abuse of AI quotas or attempts to circumvent limits, no reselling without written agreement, no attempts to breach the security of the Service or other accounts. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
Paid plans bill via Stripe monthly or annually and renew automatically until canceled; cancellation stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid period. Token packs are one-time, non-refundable purchases scoped to the current month. Downgrading to Free keeps your data subject to Free-tier limits. If a payment fails we may restrict paid features until billing is resolved. Refunds for unusual situations: contact us and we'll be reasonable.
AI-generated summaries, digests, and chat responses may be wrong. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice; verify important information before acting on it.
We target high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Your brain is exportable as markdown at any time. We keep encrypted backups and apply the security measures described in our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data from production systems. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
